Lightning - circuit components sudden death (repeated)
Van Der Graaf - circuits
Tesla Coil - circuits extension questions correct
Equations - Plasma Ball
Fake rewards reached by cheaty scrolling:
Theremin, Box, Munro (none of these involve big sparks)
Other eBooks;
GCSE Particles & Matter
GCSE Electricity
GCSE Radioactivity
GCSE Energy
Naked Eye Astronomy
A level Adding Resistors
A level Young Modulus
A level Engineering Moments of Inertia
A level Engineering Pressure-Volume graphs

A fun competitive interactive whiteboard game in which two teams take it in turns to match circuit symbols to their names. The game automatically scores and has a built in timer in the event of a draw. Students really enjoy the competitiveness, strongly recommended. An interactive whiteboard or two remote mice works best. This game won a Microsoft innovation award.
There are two versions to download with transparent or opaque tiles.

Four animated starter questions to prompt discussion and explore the concepts underlying energy conservation. Students find the bizarre situations and theoretical approach appealing. As with concept cartoons student’s ideas can be very revealing. This resource should be used once the basic concepts of energy types have been introduced.
Students can’t usually recognise constellations and planets above their heads. This is a shame as the night skies are beautiful. This marvelous interactive eBook will take them from absolute beginners to naked eye experts in about 40 minutes. Suitable from year seven to A level astrophysics students.
Either in the classroom or remote at home, this is a fantastic lesson (and relaxing for the teacher) Students use the pdf eBook file on iPads/ tablets/ laptops. The emphasis is on student independence. The file contains 407 hyperlinked pages with 73 questions. Differentiated paths are automatically followed based on students answers.
Track student progress by them reporting which end of chapter reward pictures they receive. Instructions to share with students and a teacher key to the rewards are included.

Four in a Row games on six other physics topics are available individually from my shop or as a bundle at a greatly reduced price.
Four in a Row is a game for your whiteboard. Nothing needs to be printed or prepared to play this game. The game-play is somewhere between noughts and crosses and blockbusters. Two teams alternate, competing to correctly answer questions on the grid. The board is interactive - clicking tiles changes the colours and also reveals answers.
Radioactivity Four in a Row is designed primarily for GCSE Physics/ Combined Science courses but may be useful elsewhere.
