This PDF is designed to provide students, teachers, parents and other stakeholders with an overview of what Careers Collective calls the 7 Stages of Career Development. It can be used to prompt a discussion, support preparations for a careers interview or careers education lessons, or help parents to engage with your career development programme.

This future-focused, skills-based programme has been designed by teachers specifically for delivery to students with additional learning needs in specialist or mainstream settings, or for younger students, in Years 6, 7 and 8 in mainstream settings. Learning activities are anchored by learning objectives, support the achievement of Gatsby Benchmarks 1 and 2, and link to the Skills Builder Essential Skills.
