Food spoilage and contamination

(1)
Includes 3 weeks worth of lessons on food spoilage and contamination. This has resource has been created following the AQA food preparation and nutrition text book. The PowerPoint includes practical's and activities to help pupils understand contamination, causes of food spoilage, pathogenic and non-pathogenic bacteria and the use of bacteria in food production. I know this is a very long power point but my pupils work better when there isn't too much information on each slide.
