Marty’s Baseball Museum is a Google Slides interactive game to help students practice multiplication facts and provide teachers an opportunity to assess students in the process. Also included is the Interactive Adobe PDF versions of the game. Linked to Grade 3 and 4 Common Core Mathematics, this game is interdisciplinary as well. Students also learn about America’s Greatest Past time, Baseball in the process. Students travel through three scenes in the museum and click on different objects/ people to get multiplication facts to practice. When they get it correct, they learn an interesting fact about baseball. Also, Marty has lost the MVP trophies throughout the museum that give students a second turn! This game can be projected for a whole group to play or played on a tablet/iPad/Chromebook/computer for individual or small group work. It is a great way to integrate technology into the classroom.Also great for differentiation of instruction! Mary's Music Class is an interactive game to help students learn about musical instruments and their families and and provide teachers an opportunity to assess students in the process. Students are given a brief introduction to the families of musical instruments and then are asked to name and sort each instrument into the right family. Also, Mary has lost her lesson plans and which gives students a second turn if they find a missing page! There is over 40 instruments in this game, giving students at least one turn each. This game can be projected for a whole group to play or played on a tablet for individual or small group work. This virtual dollhouse is a rhythm game to help students practice music rhythms and provide teachers an opportunity to assess students in the process. These rhythms include patterns using quarter notes, half notes, double eighth notes, quarter rests and half rests. This TRIAL version includes TWO full working rooms. As in the full version your students visit each room of the mansion to search for the missing pages of music, they are given examples of rhythms to practice.
