This revision pack is ideal for Year 11’s in the run up to their GCSE PE exam. The pack contains (all based on Physical Training 1.2): 1 x Revision PowerPoint 1 x Revision Booklet 1 x Set of Revision Cards The PowerPoint contains all the key information needed as taken from the GCSE OCR Specification including components of fitness, principles of training, types of training and risk and injury.
