These resources were originally based on a specific lesson observation, I have since included a massive amount of extras.
I have included a presentation file in BOTH Mac (Keynote) and Windows (Powerpoints) formats, this particular lesson was used in an observation highly sucessfully (outstanding) during my performance management 2 years ago.

An incredibly effective lesson leading onto an assembly to show how soul destroying racism really can be with links to Nelson Mandela.
Is VERY powerful if done properly. See my other resources for a great lesson on drawing portraits of Nelson Mandela.
A collection of Anne Frank Resources including a Powerpoint I made about some of her more poignant quotes.
I have also have included a video narrated by Jeremy Irons which is incredibly powerful. If used in the correct way.
A teachers guide is also included.
I created this quiz for the children when they got back from the EXCELLENT exhibit at Bolton Museum. The questions were obviously pre-prepared and prompts given during the trip activities for a 'memory challenge' when they returned!
PowerPoints, Worksheets and lots lots more!
I hope this helps someone out when teaching this fantastic topic!
I have newly converted the Keynote I produced on mummification to PowerPoint format, this is especially good!
I have also included my creative plans when this was the hub of our creative work one year.

A range of worksheets I designed for children to find out about the best selling toys in the last 50 years and how they have changed over time. I have also included the Keynote I used in quicktime format so it will work on your PC. Please note this is a few years old so 'project natal&' is now obviously &';kinect' a good discussion point! \nOne of the activities the children had to do was to identify key selling points of toys and which market they were aimed at, this was wonderful to see their responses.
Two contrasting texts written about Boudicca and a timeline with her in. The texts are good to look at bias. One group of children can draw Boudicca from the details in one, one group the other and the results compared.
