This funky looking board game is aimed at students learning Spanish. It can be used during the year over and over again, hence reinforcing their memorisation. The game can be played by individuals, pairs or small groups. The winner will be the first person to reach the medal 'well done'. Differenciation: weaker students can give a simple word-to-word translation (into English or Spanish). Stronger students can use them in sentences (more or less developped) in the topic of your choice or only use the English version. Why not encourage students to practice at home in their own time? Give a photocopy of the page with the English and Spanish boards. I would love to know how you got on: thank you for leaving a review

This ressource is aimed at students learning French. It contains a vocabulary summary (leisure activities, likes-dislikes, describing activities, useful words) as well as a word search and other activities to learn or revise. I personnally like to use the word search as homework prior to covering the lesson. Memorisation can be enhanced if students put that sheet in front of them during the lesson. In my shop fgibbison you will also discover many other fun resources in French, English, German and Spanish. I would love to hear how you got on with this resource: Thank you for leaving a review.

Tense and translation practice in French with the Easter topic

(0)
This progressive resource is aimed at students learning French at low and higher levels. It contains a list of regular and irregular verbs related to the Easter topic. The conjugation of irregular verbs and verbs with spelling changes is included. Students can refer to it when doing the activities. The tenses used in the exercices are: present, perfect, imperfect, future, conditional and pluperfect. Students can fill the gaps with just the tense you are studying. I have also included the answers in French as well as in English so that the resource can be used to practice translating (some notes were added to help doing just that). This resource allows me to check the progress of my students: Once they master the present, perfect, imperfect and future, I ask them to do the conditional and pluperfect tenses exercices. The game 'Translate and reveal the French expression' can be used as homework or pair work (all tenses are needed except the pluperfect). You will also find in my shop fgibbison, some vocabulary, reading and listening (with recording) resources related to this topic and many other fun resources in English, German and Spanish. I would love to hear how you got on with this resource: Thank you for leaving a review. I thoroughly review my resources to ensure that they are accurate. However, should you find some errors, I would appreciate if you could let me know. Merci Françoise.
