I am now a retired teacher having taught for over 40 years in the UK at secondary level. I wanted to share my love of Mathematics and teaching by providing a good set of resources which will more than cover all your needs for as many topics as I can and at good value for money. I am trying to cover many topics from foundation level GCSE up to grade 9 at higher level in a way that is interesting and relevant. I hope you like my style !

This is a massive pdf covering everything you will require on simultaneous equations. Simultaneous Equationsconsists of over 80 pairs of simultaneous equations to be solved, starting with the most basic and increasing in difficulty throughout. Q1 - starts with two equations that can simply be subtracted - 10 questions then 16 questions where only one equation needs to be multiplied up - all answers in question one are whole numbers and none of them are negative. Q2 - both equations need to be multiplied before subtracting, answers are all whole numbers and the first negative answers start to appear around part o) Q3 - a mixture of questions using different letters, answers can be positive or negative and several have fractional answers though only very simple fractions/decimals are used. I had fun with this one !!! About 60 questions in total !!! Question 1 consists of 26 parts each being a straight forward conversion of metric units. Question 2 has 10 parts all with the emphasis on the prefix - how many watts in a Kw etc - I always found this to be really useful Q3 - 24 are all worded problem involving the conversion of units. This is an excellent worksheet which can be used for Y6/7 all the way up to revising GCSE - a great set of questions. This is a large number of questions covering all the applications of differentiation that any student will need for A level. **Applications 1 ** This is a pdf consisting of 25 assorted questions on the applications of differentiation. All the algebra can be reduced to polynomials only. These problems range in difficulty and some are quite challenging - definitely good for revision or, as I have used it, to finish off differentiation at the end of year 12. Applications 2 This PDF consists of over 20 questions on the applications of differentiation These questions are aimed at revision in year 13. Questions assume knowledge of all the basic differentials along with product / quotient and chain rules. Applications include: Gradient of a curve Tangents and normals Turning points Maxima and minima problems Rates of change Related rates of change. Answers are included as usual.

This PDFs consists of around 30 questions each on differentiation of a product - sometimes including the chain rule too. Q1 - 10 (35 questions) covers differentiation of products using only polynomials, logs and exponentials - I used this teach the product rule. Q1 is over twenty functions to differentiate.
