I am now a retired teacher having taught for over 40 years in the UK at secondary level. I wanted to share my love of Mathematics and teaching by providing a good set of resources which will more than cover all your needs for as many topics as I can and at good value for money. I am trying to cover many topics from foundation level GCSE up to grade 9 at higher level in a way that is interesting and relevant. I hope you like my style !

Aimed at the higher level GCSE pupl, this is a phenomenal set of graphs in two formats: Students are shown 42 different graphs and have to work out the equation of the graph using roots and intercepts. I have used this Powerpoint for years and students always find it useful. Graphs include: Straight Lines Quadratics Cubics Power curves Square roots Reciprocals Trigonometrical and even one Quartic. You can, of course, rearrange the slides and take some of the more difficult questions out if you wish. It is an excellent exercise or starter. I have included the Powerpoint and the same 42 graphs on a PDF for tutors and revision. These took a tremendous amount of work and are absolutely priceless. Answers are included Please leave feedback, particularly if you like my work - thank you

For students who need a bit of practice plotting quadratics I created a ‘write on’ worksheet, it covers all that you will need up to about grade 5/6. Aimed at GCSE it can be used at Key Stage 3 as well as 4. 5 questions with grids and scaled axes provided so plotting and curve sketching is made as straight forward as possible, followed by a couple of questions to check students accuracy. Answers are included. Please leave feedback, particularly if you like my work - thank you.

A great worksheet consisting of several questions which ask the student to plot a quadratic and then, by drawing a line on the same grid solve an unrelated quadratic equation. This is level 7+ graphwork and extends students understanding of graphs a little further and requires a little more algebraic manipulation. Answers are included. Please give feedback, particularly if you like my work - thank you.
