Comprehensive Powerpoint presentation on the conjugation of the verb "Aller" in the present tense and the prepositions following this verb. It gives lots of useful sentences with "Aller" and is a very efficient way to practice sentence building. This is suitable for Year 9 to 11 pupils, but also works as revision with KS5 students. I designed this resource after I noticed the recurrent mistakes on the preposition after this verb. This Powerpoint is also an opportunity to revise countries, places, and transport as well as adverbs of frequency and the pronoun "Y".

The little words in French often confuse the students so this bundle of resources should help them. This resource includes 3 comprehensive PPT tutorials on articles ( definite, indefinite, partitive) followed by lots of practice and 2 editable worksheets in Word format and one PDF doc to provide further practice on this tricky grammar point. This is suitable for GCSE and A Level students and can easily be adapted to the required level. This is an interactive lesson I produced for my A Level students. It can be used to introduce and to recap the subjunctive. it contains a starter, then a tutorial, and five exercises to practice the various cases. There’s a thorough table of regular and irregular verbs as well as a comprehensive list of structures commanding the subjunctive. Students find it very helpful to revise this tense and remember the complex structures.

This resource is a series of 5 model essays on No et Moi written based on titles from the A Level Legacy past papers, but adapted to the new A Level AQA exam, both at As and A2 Level. Each essay is minimum 400 words. The first 2 essays are on an important topic in the book, the third one is on a main character, the 4th essay is a comprehensive stylistic analysis of the novel , around 1400 words. The last essay explores the various social backgrounds in the novel. My students found these model essays very useful to structure their own essays include quotes and improve their analytical skills. Also attached is a video link to an interview with De Vigan about this novel.

Attached are 2 docs: one is a booklet to revise 10 Key grammar points covered in the New A Level exams and the other is a grammar test made up of 19 exercises. Students revise each grammar point by completing the exercises provided. At the end of the booklet, a general grammar multiple choice exercise recaps all the points covered. Answers are provided on last page. This booklet can be done in class or independently. My students found it useful for exam revision. It is suitable for all A Level French exam boards. Once students have finished the booklet, they can do the test attached.

Attached are 2 texts on Technology and Dating with a model summary for each one, based on the new A Level AQA exam. It follows the AQA format: Each text is around 200 words and is summarized into a 80 words summary using the 3 bullets points provided. The first text is about the rise of online Language learning and the second one about online dating. My students found them very helpful to understand the skills required for this task.
