A little worksheet for Yr7 or for revision with Yr8 on introducing yourself. I have got the students to match up keywords first, then read an example of ID card, work out what it means and adapt it to write their own followed by a short paragraph using key conjugated verbs available. Here is a 9 letter word activity for tutorial. Students have to find the nine letter word and as many words with a least 2, 3, 4, 5 letters. You can vary the difficulty. I have used this in tutorial to have with spelling. Be careful if you project this on overhead projector as answer is the name of the file and some students will probably see this. An activity I have designed about pastimes in French. Would suit Yr9, Yr10, Yr11. I have used it as a starter. Students go around the class and ask each other for the answers. The complete text is on the first strip for the teacher.
