Great quiz template all set up with the Who Wants to be a Millionaire sound effects. Perfect for starters and plenaries. I have found it has been enjoyed from Year 7 up to Year 13
Best printed and laminated for use during performances and evaluation lessons. On one side is a basic word bank for students to choose from (to avoid them repeating the same thing that each group did well or need to improve), and on the other are sentence starters and connectives to develop vocabulary and use of full sentences when evaluating performances in class. Once the students get used to using them I found that performance feedback was much quicker and more valuable.
I also have a drama one in my shop.
GCSE Anthology analysis grids covering the constituent features of the 6 works. One blank for student revision and one basic example. (Please note that the preview has distorted some of the table and it does not have white boxes throughout)
Recap truth or false quiz
Short Who Wants to be a Millionaire starter quiz covering basics of A Linha Curva with an answer sheet. Questions can be edited. To add more questions copy and paste both a question and answer page and edit on those slides to keep the sound effects on each slide.
Great resource to use alongside motif writing, dance analysis or choreography to help students to develop their vocabulary within actions, space, dynamics and relationships.
Two booklets covering two different stimuli for dance - gangs and war. Can be used alongside practical lessons, for homework, as non-participant work or for classroom lessons.
For best use print in colour and laminate to reuse and reduce damage. Great for introducing leaders and group warm-ups. 4 different cards with varying warm-up exercises (basic)

Creative homework resource covering Emancipation of Expressionism for GCSE dance. I found the template online and redesigned it for EoE so feel free to re-do the questions for other topics.
Bollywood, African, Street, Hip-Hop, Tutting, Charleston and Contemporary Resources for non-participants or classwork. Most of them are designed the same and can be made into a booklet.
Standard history of ballet lesson in preparation for American Modern Pioneers of Dance (also in my shop) to provide context and history before leading into Rambert AoS and ICDSIB AoS. Includes videos embedded in the PowerPoint, mini tasks, match-up cards which require cutting out before the lesson (recommend laminating them so you can use them year on year), and a ballet terminology homework booklet (which is tested in the American Modern Pioneers of Dance lesson)
Recaps origins of Rambert Dance Company and Marie Rambert, the 3 main aims of the company, the changes in 1966 and why they made such significant changes. We then look at each Artistic Director, with some basic knowledge of their backgrounds, training and influences, and then discuss their personal developments to the company. Included is a picture timeline with those key developments - I printed out a blank one and got the students to complete it by hand throughout the lesson.

These resources include the written motifs, with tasks to identify actions, space, dynamics and relationships within them. There is also a task where students can write their own. This is good revision for A Linha Curva but also promotes literacy and detail in writing motifs. Attached is also an ASDR booklet which can be used to improve terminology.
An overview of Bruce’s background and training, specific movement and choreographic style relevant to the exam, and details of 6 of his influences on his choreographic style, movement style, and directorship. Includes links to an interview with Bruce. Also has printable revision sheets embedded within.
