This unit looks at what team work is and why it is important. It explores what factors can affect team work positively or negatively. Learners identify activities at school, world of work or a fun challenging activity and then identify what team work attributes would be required for that activity or challenge. Learners then actually take part in fun challenges and then self and peer assess each others skills they brought to the task or challenge Activities include balloon trolleys and building a paper tower. In doing this learners actually use reflective thinking skills that are important in life and work.
