This lesson was designed after completing the UCL course on Understanding the Holocaust. This lesson is lesson 2 in my sequence of learning and examines the nature of antisemitic prejudice in Germany as well as escalation of persecution in order for students to better understand how and why having rights taken away is such a dangerous step. This taster day lesson is for ALevel History. It is largely focused around the Russia course and the February Revolution although we also teach OCR Wars of the Roses and Tudor Rebellions so has info on those too. Includes: careers in History, why people choose History ALevel and some film clips/ trailers as well as a source based activity on the fall of the Romanovs.
