Driven by my commitment to wellbeing and mental health, I transitioned from my permanent position as a class teacher to focus on these crucial aspects of education. The New Curriculum for Wales has been a significant source of inspiration for me, particularly its emphasis on project-based learning. I firmly believe that this approach not only enhances the way pupils learn but also fosters their creativity, curiosity, and confidence. Three years ago, I founded Chi Education, an initiative that has already made significant strides in the field of education.
