DIALOG Bist du fit und gesund?

(4)
Playscript. An unlikely dialogue in which Belletrix Lestrange from Harry Potter and Bella from Twighlight discuss their differing approaches to health and fitness. A disagreement ensues about Voldemort's nose. Having practised and performed the playscript, students could (i) devise a dialogue in which two different fictional characters discuss the issue of health and fitness or (ii) devise a dialogue in which Bella and Belletrix take on a different GCSE topic.

Each slide of the powerpoint practises a different German sound / spelling pattern. Slide 1 acts as a homepage for the activity. Students pick an image. When you click on it, it hyperlinks to a phoneme for the class to practise. (This is similar to the one I made for beginners, but the vocab is appropriate to KS4.)

Dialogue in which the Daleks and the Doctor discuss some of their recent journeys using their best GCSE German verbs of travel in the past tense. Ends with a very cheesy joke.

PPT deals with (i) organisation vs cramming (ii) the value of learning from failure (iii) the need to practise (iv) processing information aids memory and (v) rest and sleep. I've added some links to helpful websites.

Random vocab revision

(2)
Interactive drag-and-drop activity for a bit of random vocab revision in German. 35 words are embedded but the activity will select 10 words at random to practise each time it is opened. It will also arrange the vocab in random order. With any luck it will never be the same twice.
