I made this sheet for my class to do as an extension if they finish their work when we do factors. 2 problems to think about and explain their reasoning with a Raymond Briggs theme!

My class are reading Charlotte’s web, so I created some addition word problems for them based on the book. Hope they are useful to somebody else. There are 3 levels a= 3 digit numbers b= 4 and 5 digit numbers c= 5 and 6 digit numbers with a bit of subtraction thrown in!

This is a fun activity that keeps the learning going until Christmas and my class are loving these. I may well make some more (if I have time!)
