Each student mingles with a bingo grid and must find different classmates that can reply yes to the questions in each of the 16 boxes. Each box contains a question starting with ¿En el futuro...? plus a verb in the future tense. A sample question is: ¿En el futuro, trabajarás con niños? When a student replies yes to a question, the questioning student follows up by asking in Spanish for the student's signature. The goal is to be the first student to fill the entire bingo grid.
Verbs used include:
estudiar, viajar, vivir, ganar, tener, construir, correr, trabajar, plantar, escalar, comprar, aprender, escribir, jugar, tocar, and hacer
Also included is a follow up worksheet that requires students to:
1. Write a sentence for each of the 16 boxes in the grid. The student includes the name of the student that signed the box and must change the verb to the third person.
2. Provide the English meaning of each verb.
3. Write an appropriate Spanish infinitive under 6 images at the bottom of the paper.
This is a great back to school speaking review activity for students with prior Spanish experience.

There is one page labeled as follows: 1. 10 labeled rooms, plus garage, patio, and hallway 2. Each room word is underlined and the contents of each room are labeled with arrows pointing to many of the words. 3. There are over 50 images labeled with Spanish words. There is also one page with images that students can label. Uses for this item: 1. Present and practice vocabulary 2. Labeling assignment for students 3. Practice prepositions of location - give each student a copy of the diagram. Dictate 2 words and have students determine an appropriate preposition for the words. 4. Students write about each room of the house using the words contained in each. There's an additional page with suggested uses.
Students practice descriptive adjectives of people as they fill each of the 30 small squares with words to describe themselves. They sketch themselves in the large box in the center. Challenge your students to fill all 30 squares with French adjectives, or have them use a specified number of squares for words, and the rest for sketches that illustrate the adjectives that they use.

Spanish Easter Egg Color by Number - Huevo de Pascual - This color by number contains 7 different Spanish color words. There are 2 sets of 3 designs so they can be used by different age groups. Each set contains an egg with a blue background and 2 slightly different designs of eggs with no background color. One set has larger and fewer circles to color and is geared for younger students. The other set has more circles with small, medium and large circles to color and can be used by older students who have more advanced fine motor skills. In addition to coloring a printable copy, this item can be projected on the Smart Board and students can take turns coloring the egg.

Students practice asking and answering gusta/n and encanta/n questions with a variety of food vocabulary. Foods include vegetables, meat, candy, fruit, condiments, and desserts. Each student mingles with a bingo grid and must ask classmates if they like or love a food from the grid. When a student replies yes, the name is written in the box. When a student fills the entire grid, he or she says, "Bingo!"
After completing the speaking activity, students must complete a followup written activity. For each of the 16 boxes on the bingo grid, students must write a sentence in the 3rd person about the student who signed the box.
This activity can also be used as a back to school refresher for continuing Spanish students.

Spanish Skit / Role Play - Making Plans Friday Night - Viernes Por la Noche - This is a phone conversation between a boy and girl. The boy wants the girl to go to the movies but the girl rejects him. It's short enough for students to memorize in a day or 2 of practice and utilizes useful, everyday language. Sample words and phrases are: lo siento, no puedo, contigo, conmigo, quieres ir, vale, no me importa, and de verdad. This is a great sub activity and fun for students to practice and present.
