Photograph your Exam Hall This is a simple revision technique that links the exam hall space with key information for the exam. This was a simple PPT I created when we had a SEAL (Social and Emotional Awareness and Learning) Day. I had Year 7-9 working in groups to reproduce the posters by working on sections of them and then combine them. They were encouraged to take up different roles and discuss what their responses might have been.

These are some examples of source analysis along with a worksheet/activity to complete on the forgotten representation of Great Britain.

These are two PDFs which contain blank word searches and a space for name, title and ten keywords. The student lists the words and puts them into the word search. They then fill up the word search with care not to make the same words appear again. Nice simple activity for the class and a great way for them to review key words.

Types of Evidence is a simple worksheet in which students define the types and provide examples. The Types of Sources print out is a simple A4 sheet that should be cut into A5 and handed out to students at the start or end of the lesson depending on their knowledge and ability.
