There are a variety of exam options based on the possible variations of the questions - 1) story based on the picture/write a description 2) description based on the picture/write a story 3) description based on the picture/write a description 4) story based on the picture/write a story. All of these options have been a part of the exams in June and November re-sits since 2017, obviously they are original questions that haven’t been on the exams.

This is a full lesson based on an extract from Stave 5. There is a ‘do now’ activity and a model what/how/why paragraph based the the extract. Useful for revision. I’ve used it today and have told my Year 11s this is my prediction for the the real AQA English literature paper 1 exam.
