This unit of work has been created for key stage 3 students (best suited to Year 9) to consider into the question: Two world wars, or one with a 20-year ceasefire in the first part of the 20th century.
It contains 10 lessons which build up to a creative and self-directed assessment in lesson 11, and a whole class quiz and individual word search for recap; competition and fun in the 12th lesson.

This bundle contains 10 fully resourced a Level lessons created to deliver the Democracy and Dictatoship in Germany 1919-1963 unit. They cover the first part of the course - The creation of the Weimar Republic and its early years of crisis.
They contain all of the AOs and would ideally be used in conjunction with the Access to History text book, but have been designed to that a text book is not necessary.
Each lesson contains a range of activities and assignments designed to support student in developing the high level thinking skills necessary for success at A Level.
This bundle comprises 4 power points, one for each period studied in the breadth study. This bundle is suitable for teaching A Level History - the Mid-Tudor Crisis. It contains 8 lessons covering the whole section on Edward VI.
