Edexcel Politics - Paper 2 - 1: Constitution Exemplar Essay and Writing Guide
A writing guide to help with Edexcel Paper 1 and Paper 2 essay questions. An exemplar essay, for the question ‘Evaluate the view that reforms to the UK’s constitution since 1997 have not gone far enough. (30)’ with colour code to help with structure. As well as a bad essay for students to improve on. Can be used in line with my 1997 - 2010 & 2010-2022 reform lessons. Makes a good resource for setting up, writing and feeding back to students once marked.

Medicine Through Time Christmas Quiz
A quiz I use with my GCSE lot on their last lesson before Christmas. Round one is an ‘identify the era’ round; then order the events; quick fire questions. There are then 3 more fun rounds, on logos, guess the celeb baby and a christmas song round.
This can be very easily amended to other topics and for other year groups!
There is also an answer sheet make it as easy as possible for teachers and the answers are on the slides.

Can be used to make assessment/mock papers or given to students for revision.
These cover the whole period from early Weimar Problems, through Stresseman’s Golden Years, the growth of the Nazi Party, Hitler becoming Chancellor and then Hitler’s methods of control, oppression and opposition against him.
International Women's Day Assembly/form time activity
A resource for International Women’s Day that is designed as an assembly but can be used as a form time activity too.
It aims to unpick what we mean by feminism and address some of the misconceptions. It also includes a story of Kathleen Roberts a ‘Woman of Steel’ from WWII. Later slides cover problems facing women and what we can do to help.
Bletchley Park Open Day activity
Resources for an open day or WWII activity. Includes a powerpoint (Which I play on loop) and a code, plus premade codes to crack. Went down very well at our open day the last 2 years!
