Unity College is currently seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Attendance Manager.
The role of Attendance Manager is a crucial role within college to ensure students attend regularly and have the best chance of academic success. This position involves early intervention to address absenteeism, ensuring legal compliance, and engaging with parents, carers and relevant agencies in order to create a supportive environment and maximise attendance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, working with young people, and improving attendance in an educational setting. They should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to relate effectively to young people, and a commitment to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and young people.
The successful candidate will be committed to the vision and values of the College, demonstrating these at all times within their role.

Unity College is a co-educational, 11-16 college. We are one of the largest 11-16 secondary school in Lancashire, with 1500 students on roll.
