Hours of work: 20-32.5 hours per week/ Term time plus inset days and one additional working week during exam results week in the summer

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Careers officer to join our team. As a Careers Officer, you will provide impartial and comprehensive career guidance to our students, supporting them in making informed decisions about their future pathways.


This role offers flexibility in working hours, providing an excellent opportunity for those seeking to balance work with other commitments. We welcome applicants from part-time candidates who can work 4-5 days per week.

All Saints’ Academy Cheltenham is a mainstream secondary state school with sixth-form, catering for pupils aged 11-19. The school opened in September 2011 and is a Church of England academy for the whole community, welcoming children of all faiths and none.

It is sponsored by the Anglican Diocese of Gloucester. All Saints’ Academy Cheltenham offers 900 places for pupils aged 11-16, and 220 places for sixth-formers who wish to study both academic and vocational courses.
