We are seeking an inspiring and creative Deputy Head of Juniors to teach at Year 6, KS2 teacher and be part of the Senior Leadership Team.
This is a full-time position and the successful candidate will be expected to participate an active role in in the wider life of the school and the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will ensure that high-quality classroom teaching and learning remain at the heart of all practice. Be able to take an active role in planning of creative, relevant and challenging schemes of work. Participate in a full range of activities.
Ditcham Park School is a unique, successful and thriving school situated on 16 acres in the beautiful South Downs National Park. The 400 pupils aged rising 3 - 16 benefit from a caring and supportive ethos and small classes. About Ditcham Park School
Ditcham Park School is a co-educational, independent school for children aged 2 ½ -16, located in the South Downs National Park in Hampshire. The pupil roll is around 350.
The main part of the school is a Victorian manor house which, in 1940, was requisitioned by the Royal Navy and used as a convalescent home for sailors. After the war, it became a boys preparatory school run by Douai School Monks. In 1976 Ditcham Park School was founded. The following 40 years saw significant extensions to the school being made, including a technology and arts building, sports hall and new classrooms.
