Astrea Academy Trust have an exciting opportunity for an Estates and Projects Manager to join our team!
This new post offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Deputy Head of Estates to ensure that the service we deliver is of the highest standard in line with current legislation, and will support on projects across our twenty-seven schools. This role will primarily hold responsibility for the schools in our South Yorkshire regions , but travel to our Cambridgeshire region will be required.

Starting out with six schools in 2016, we are now a thriving family of 27 academies spread throughout South Yorkshire and Cambridgeshire. Our aim is that every child gets a brilliant education, we will do this by pursuing aspirational standards with tenacity and drive, and by never settling for second best and not tolerating something that does not live up to our standards. We will remove performance barriers and develop a scholarly culture of behaviour and learning from students and of pedagogy and curriculum from our staff to ensure our children learn, thrive and lead successful lives.
Our ideal candidate will:

• Have recent and successful experience in estate management, work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Have the highest expectations for themselves and others, and the standards that need to be met to provide a safe physical environment for our students, scholars and staff
• Embrace change, love a challenge and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same
• Have maintenance experience, with the ability to utilise skills and knowledge effectively
• Pro-actively prioritise measures relating to safety, be organised, self-motivated and resilient

• Manage and lead change to ensure minimal disruption to core activities.
