William Morris Sixth Form, situated in Hammersmith, was established as the country’s first 16-19 comprehensive school. We offer 850 students from West London and beyond an exciting range of academic and vocational courses from foundation learning through to advanced level. WMSF is an over-subscribed, vibrant, inner-city learning community which has the individual student at the heart of everything it does.
We are looking for a hard-working, flexible person with exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills. You will be responsible for financial and cashiering transactions as well as accurately recording, monitoring and reporting on student attendance and punctuality. You will also process Free School Meals and bursary applications and provide weekly pastoral updates.
You will be a quick learner and possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel so as to analyse and interpret data. It is essential you are able to organise and prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines and use your own initiative. Previous experience in school management systems such as SIMS and FMS is desirable, however, training will be provided.
