About ESM - 

The English School of Mongolia was established in 2010 and presently has a student population of just over 1100. We have located a 20 to 30-minute walking distance from the centre of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia’s capital. We have a strong passion for the Arts, with school performances held annually in the Mongolian State Opera House and many years have then taken on the international tour. Our Sports programme is strong and our school teams dominate their leagues. Academics and learning are strong in the Junior division where students follow the IB PYP programme. ESM prides itself on being an open, friendly, and caring community.

Who we need - 

The English School of Mongolia is looking for a highly motivated teacher to teach Physics at Cambridge IGCSE and International Bacchelorate levels in grades 9 -12 from August 2023.

This is a full-time position. The teacher appointed will work closely with the Head of Science Department and other science teachers.

Requirements - 

Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken (first language English not essential).

Knowledge of the Cambridge IGCSE and International Baccalaureate Curriculum and a contemporary teaching, learning and assessment approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Education and teaching qualification/certification. 

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.

Previous international experience preferred; UK and/or IB curriculum experience is also beneficial.
