We are looking to appoint a dedicated, skilled and ambitious professional to support and mentor our students in making the right decisions.
Our behaviour support structure has 4 key elements:
(1) ARC, our internal isolation facility
(2) Behaviour on call – B4L
(3) Nest, our support facility for students unable to access specific lessons
(4) Mentoring, which may be 1:1 or small groups
You will work across all these areas during the course of your working day/week.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference, to take a proactive role in managing the behaviour of students and assist them in overcoming obstacles to learning so they can participate fully and positively in learning and school life.
Our goal is to be an outstanding High School and we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well qualified professional who is committed to raising standards by inspiring learners.
