Core purpose of the Teaching Assistant
The postholder will
· Report to the SENCO
· Work closely with the other TAs
· Complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities
· Provide support in addressing the needs of students who require particular help to overcome barriers to learning
This will involve planning alongside teachers, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups and monitoring students and assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development.

Our future
We are delighted to announce the upcoming completion of our new state-of-the-art facilities in September 2025. These buildings consist of a rooftop Multi-Use Games Area, 4G pitch, modern classrooms, drama studios and a 300-seater auditorium, sports hall, further enhancing our commitment to academic and all-round excellence. Our teaching rooms fully equipped with the latest technologies available to support learning. In addition, we will have a large Sports Hall and studio space for the wide range of sports we offer in our curriculum and during extra-curricular periods.
