June 2 will see the launch of www.parentsonline.gov.org, which starts the 2003 government campaign to promote the educational benefits of the internet and ICT to adults. Parents Online Week runs from November 10 to 14 and this year the campaign has been extended to Families Online Week, June 23 to 27, and Grandparents Online Week, September 22 to 26.
All the organisers involved - including schools, libraries, internet cafes and online centres - who register on the website will receive a pack of posters, flyers and mouse-mats to help promote their events.
