Here is an entire Scheme / Unit of work for a Rocks and Geology topic in Geography. This was delivered to Year 8 KS3. Some resources have been adapted from various powerpoints. All resources have been attached. There are a variety of activities included in this SoW (Diamond 9, sorting tasks, colour coding, discussions, ICT task). I would really appreciate any feedback. Differentiation can easily be achieved by changing quiz group sizes. The quiz is suitable for KS3-5. Completing and peer-marking the 60-question quiz should take the best part of a 1-hour lesson.
