This powerpoint is about Barney Bear's trip to Nice in France for the Mardi Gras carnival. He watches the parades and joins in by wearing a colourful mask and eating carnival food. I am quite new to teaching EYFS - any constructive feedback gratefully accepted!
<p>A French worksheet designed to teach Year 8 pupils about Mardi Gras and the customs and traditions of carnivals in France and around the world. There are a couple of activities taken from Studio 2 Rouge workbook to practice perfect, present and near future tenses. There is some reference to LGBT+ and how Mardi Gras has evolved over the years, as this formed part of a lesson to raise awareness of LGBT+ community.</p>
Powerpoint for Mardi gras. Simple introduction to the ingredients for a pancake plus fillings! Pupils can then produce some creative work, describing/drawing their favourite/ideal pancake!
<p>A worksheet with accompanying web page about the period of le Carnaval and le Mardi Gras in France.<br />
