This is student led through the use of research and a structures worksheet and QR codes to guide students through the process - add in additional engagement by adding a funny picture of yourself and get the students to think about the things you would have done to get your job in school. Its a nice starter that the students will know a little about. Therefore assesses student understanding at the start. The lesson concludes with the students looking at why having a recruitment and selection process is important. Very hands on and lots for the students to do.
