A lesson on the recruitment and selection process which is historically a dull subject. This is student led through the use of research and a structures worksheet and QR codes to guide students through the process - add in additional engagement by adding a funny picture of yourself and get the students to think about the things you would have done to get your job in school. Its a nice starter that the students will know a little about. Therefore assesses student understanding at the start.
