This work book is 18 pages long, contains food investigations, practicals, work on caramelisation, coagulation, proteins, GCSE exam style questions and multiple choice questions. There is also a 54 slide power point avalaible to match up with the booklet pages. This was designed for KS3 but is also ideal for KS4.
