a simple presentation to introduce colours. The show can be split over several lessons depending how long you have for each session. There are a few games at the end .
This was part of my lessons on asking for directions and learning shops found in town. 'les magasins' also alllowed the chidlren to revise some vocabulary items such as food they learned in previous lessons.
Asking and giving directions in French. A slightly different version of the other powerpoint offered here on the same subject. This class hadn't learnt quite as many places to discuss.
This is a template for noughts and crosses to adapt to any subject. My pupils love playing it so I thought I'd design one to use on the IWB so we can add images or words/ phrases to make it educational. I hope you like it.
This is a powerpoint to introduce the weather conditions. It introduces the vocabulary and also has games. I normally finish this session with real items of clothing or related objects as a game, where two children compete against each other to get the most items for the weather condition I call out. I use the items already observed in the power point so they know what to pick during the game. (if that makes sense!). They love it.
These two games are similar and I use them during lessons on body parts. It allows children to revise vocabulary learned in a fun way since the powerpoint is interactive. My children love them, I hope they can bring enjoyment and learning to others.
The story is adapted from a resource found on Tes ages ago (so if you were the original creator thank you for the idea). I have added different animals and games.
This is a powerpoint to accompany the QCA Unit 5. Alternatively, if you are not a confident speaker you can use the video on the attached link which is very good.
A selection of presentations on house type, furniture, directions and shops.

Produced for KS2 but can easily be adapted for KS3.
This is to accompany the QCA unit 13 Bon appétit, bonne santé (healthy eating). Both lessons are about understanding sentences and phrases through a recipe.
