(As easy as) 123 is an easy performance piece for tuned percussion. It provides an introduction to playing classroom instruments with lots of repetition together with ideas for rhythmic variations.
There are three verses. To start with, each verse may be played with the same rhythm. Eventually, each verse in the piece may have a different rhythm.
The resource comes with an MP3 recording of the whole piece - melody and backing. There is also an MP3 of the backing for practice and performance. There are 4 other MP3s with the examples of how the rhythm may be varied.
