Learning Intention: To revise key elements of basic introductions and giving details about yourself.

Success Criteria

• To recall numbers, colours, birthdays and ages in Spanish
• To study a text and identify key vocab before translating into English.
• To use the translated text as a model for our own text and extend our ideas using the A3 Writing frame.

“Isabela” Spanish Reader included (students can keep this in their books for in case they finish their work before everyone else) handy extension story about a girl called Isabela who is a secret pirate, she presents herself and explains about her life - glossary on back page - tasks on front page. Supports School-Literacy focus.

Enough work for at least 2 classes.
