You can chop up the instructions without numbers on and they can re order them. Pretend they are embalmers and do some drama where they imagine following these steps to mummify a body! They can do it in pairs! The children really enjoy this, especially pretending to put make up on the mummy!They could write their own instructions once they are familiar with the process.
