All of my lesson powerpoints and worksheets that I use to teach B1. All of them are fully editable and I have included a “Notes” slide at the start of most powerpoints to explain anything on there, as well as other resources are you might want to have. There are 11 lessons for teaching the topic included with some worksheets and then some revision resources for the topic also at the end.
LOs are on all slides and are currently as an arbitary level my school uses. These can easily be changed and set to all slides using the “Slide Master” feature of powerpoint.
I occasionally use text books for some tasks, but if not available, students can use the internet to do research, or you can print a web page for them to use (for labelled diagrams, etc.) It is also intended that two experiment are done with the students throughout this topic, and this assumes you have access to complete these. They are:
- Microscopy of onion cells
- Osmosis in potato
There is a brief method on the slides, but full method sheets are easily found online.
