It is quite substantial (6 pages) which is why it is a separate document.
It includes recap activities to demonstrate knowledge and understanding, keywords with room for definitions, plus a ‘what you need to know’ section. Each of these activities asks students to RAG rate their confidence.
The learning mat is best printed A3 size but it also works A4 size (just less room to write!).
