Assessing recruitment process task

The following resource is useful when teaching the recruitment process to Business A-level and GCSE students. The task outlines 2 different recruitment processes, and students need to work in groups identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each recruitment process. Thereafter, they need to pick one and give suggestions for further improvement so as to strengthen the recruitment process. Extension task provided for fast working students. It is an excellent stimulus for whole class discussion and exploration.
