A resource which was originally designed as a class activity for BTEC level 2 learners but can be used as part of a tutorial lesson on career planning.

The resource contains a lesson powerpoint - includes discussion on job versus career - skills audit activity and career development planning activity.

Worksheet templates are provided for the skills audit and career planning activity.

If used with BTEC level 2 learners, then the resource will help learners prepare for learning aim C and criteria

1C.6 - Produce, with guidance, a personal career development plan (learners can use templates for assessment )
2C.P6 Produce a realistic personal career development plan (learners will need to create their own template but can use templates included as part of a lesson activity)
2C.M5 Produce a realistic personal carer development plan showing independent research and planning (learners will research and design own career plan and research their career paths independently)
