I created a mini test for my year 10s and 11s on the fundamentals of algorithms. There are 10 questions and takes about 30 minutes to complete. I have also included a marking scheme. The questions can be changed so that they are easy adaptable to your students.
Questions include binary search, merge sort and abstraction.

A quick shortcut to a test when you need your assessment done
The questions are from AQA's Additional Questions for the GCSE exam questions - was rather hoping for some more original topic questions as I'd already used these with my class. Nonetheless, useful if you've not used them before and want to use them as a test paper.
