Being new to app creation as well as the year 6 class I was teaching, I decided to make a step by step of instructions using PowerPoint. This worked brilliantly, it really is a beginners guide for them. It is to make a Ratatouille information app about the film but you can adapt this PowerPoint to suit your needs. Introduction to Python - the basics, includes 4 PowerPoints with a scheme of work. All lessons and SOW are editable for you to adjust for your classes. I created a mock exam for my year 10s last year, it contains a mixture of computer science exam questions. These resouces were used to teach customer service to 16 - 24 year olds. However, they could also be used to teach in secondary schools too. The resouces point out what good customer service is, how to prepare to deal with customer service and a booklet of questions that ask the student customer service questions.
