Simple display cards to get your room and your students in the festive romantic spirit. My students love St. Valentines Day and the display is nice when surrounded by students Valentines Day cards in Spanish.
Alternatively you can use the task provided. I use these as a game first to introduce the vocabulary to my students. They are placed around my room and students are given a list of romantic vocabulary in English. They then have to find the Spanish equivalent. It's nice to watch students discover the vocabulary themselves as opposed to looking at a PowerPoint and writing everything down in a vocabulary book.
Once the lesson is finished they can go onto a display board. I've attached the .pdf for easy printing
The words included are:
Heart
Flowers
Present
Card
Chocolate
Sweets
A hug
Cupid
Cupcake
Balloons
Couple
Teddy
Ring
Enjoy:)
