Following on from Set 1, this is another set of ten listening tests testing aural skills, short melodic and rhythmic dictation, analytical awareness and understanding of the Elements of Music. This resource includes the following for each question:
- audio extracts in .mp3 format
- skeleton scores (embedded in the questions pages)
- printable question pages in .docx format
- full answers with contextual information
- images of the skeleton score in .png format (for alternative methods of delivery)
- files of the skeleton score in Finale 26 .musx format (for alternative methods of delivery)
Due to a lack of good quality resources available for skeleton-score type, unidentified listening practice, these were written initially with the iGCSE exam syllabus in mind but are also excellent practice for other GCSE Music syllabuses and would also serve as good revision exercises for A-Level Music students.
