The gap fill introduces the concepts with the key words and then the questions become more difficult for the Extension and Knowledge Boss.
The gap fill is differentiated with the inclusion or omission of the key words. For most students the inclusion is usually best, with maybe the omission version given to a few more able in the class.
This can be given to the students after explaining the topic in class, used for homework or as part of a revision lesson.

I tell my students that everyone should complete up to question 2 and the fast finishers can try the Extension and Knowledge Boss.
They can self-assess their answers.
Total marks are for the gap fill and questions 1 and 2.
