PSHE lesson resource on healthy coping strategies for maintaining positive mental health. This lesson looks at emotions we might experience on a day to day basis, how we currently manage difficult emotions and then some specific ideas for managing anger and feeling overwhelmed, giving pupils the chance to try out some techniques.

This is an easy to follow power point lesson (no prior planning, printing or preparation required). The resource is designed to be delivered as one 60 minute session but all of our resources are fully editable and designed to allow sections to be added, removed or changed should you need to do so.
