Three worksheets, the first of which allows students to compare the different elements of music to show a given effect. I used Vaughan-William's Sky Above The Roof and Schubert&'s Erlkonig. The second two sheets are to structure ideas for a tune to write on keyboards to show a given effect or tell a story. Both sheets are the same for this and can be differentiated and scaffolded depending on need in the class. A lesson plan is included.
